Rhetica

Policy

Legal, privacy, and safety

A practical overview of how Rhetica is operated, where the simulation stops, and what to review while the product is in public beta.

Jurisdiction

Detected policy baseline

This page is general guidance, not legal advice. When region data is available, the baseline notes below are adjusted to stay relevant.

Australia · Victoria

Using the default policy profile.

This service is configured for Australian operation with a Victorian legal and operational baseline.

Simulation

Training boundaries

Rhetica simulates difficult argument for recognition practice. It is not a substitute for professional advice or high-stakes decision support.

  • AI responses may include adversarial or manipulative tactics by design.
  • Mirror Mode uses whatever linked sources it can recover. If source coverage is thin or unavailable, it may still return an AI-generated counter-brief with few or no linked sources.
  • Do not rely on the app for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
  • Verify important factual claims yourself before relying on them.
  • If a session becomes unsafe or distressing, stop and use the guidance on Safety.
