Terms
Terms of use summary
Rhetica is for rhetoric training and simulated argument practice. These notes set the service boundaries, plus the one-time membership framing, in plain terms.
Use
Allowed use
Use Rhetica to study pressure, framing, and response discipline in simulated exchanges.
- Use the service to study rhetoric, framing, and conversational pressure.
- AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete and are not professional advice.
- Access may be limited where safety or misuse risk is detected.
Misuse
What is out of bounds
The service must not be used to plan, sharpen, or rehearse real-world harm.
- Do not use Rhetica for harassment, coercion, deception, impersonation, or illegal activity.
- School or managed deployments should still apply local education, privacy, and child-safety obligations.
Membership
How membership works
Rhetica uses a one-time membership model rather than a subscription.
- Membership is a one-time purchase for Rhetica as it exists now.
- We expect membership to cover most future updates to the current product.
- If larger add-on releases are introduced later, existing members are intended to receive subsidised pricing relative to new buyers.
- That future-subsidy expectation describes the current plan, not a promise that every future feature will be included for free.
